FinanciaLogic Consulting Services (FLCS) provides two tiers of consulting
expertise.
One tier deals solely with end-user lease negotiations. These services can
include review of existing relationships, financial strategy and end-of-lease
negotiations.
The second tier of service provides expert witnesses regarding lease
financing issues. These services can include assistance in determining what
"is" and what "is not" a lease, residual evaluation under
various standards and applications of leasing industry norms.
